Dashboard
Using the Dashboard Page
The Dashboard is where the user is brought to by default after login. The Dashboard contains data in charts, tables and maps to inform the user about usage in the TransitChat platform and to guide your attention on the most urgent matters.
The default Dashboard displays:
- Counts of Conversations that have been created as well as Messages that have been sent from email by user.
- Counts ofConversations, Topics, Unresolved Topics by Routes.
- A Map view with bubbles displaying the frequency of Conversations
