Viewing your profile info

Channels or Categories are how things are organized in the Mailbox/Conversations/Topics to enhance searchability and keep teams focused on their work. Channels are fully configurable by Users in the Settings view:

Adding New Channels

  1. To add a new Channel click on the ”Add Channel” " button.
  2. You will be asked to specify the agency (if you are working with a multi-agency account) to add the Channel to:
  3. You will then be asked to add your preferred name and a short description of the channel in the next step. Note that both of these fields are mandatory:
  4. Click on “Submit”
  5. Your new Channel is now active as indicated by the icon:
  6. If you want to change the Channel Agency, Name or Description, click “Update”
  7. If you are done, click on “Back to Channels” "and your new Channel will be in the list and ready to use!
