Channels or Categories are how things are organized in the Mailbox/Conversations/Topics to enhance searchability and keep teams focused on their work. Channels are fully configurable by Users in the Settings view:
Adding New Channels
- To add a new Channel click on the ”Add Channel” " button.
- You will be asked to specify the agency (if you are working with a multi-agency account) to add the Channel to:
- You will then be asked to add your preferred name and a short description of the channel in the next step. Note that both of these fields are mandatory:
- Click on “Submit”
- Your new Channel is now active as indicated by the icon:
- If you want to change the Channel Agency, Name or Description, click “Update”
- If you are done, click on “Back to Channels” "and your new Channel will be in the list and ready to use!
