Mailbox
Using the Mailbox
Mailbox is where all of the Conversations and Topics live. This is where your team can see what is being talked about and what work is being done.
Navigating to the Mailbox
When you first click Mailbox you will be taken to the Inbox page. The Inbox is where everything starts. Think of this as a space for where all of the unread and uncategorized items live.

Filtering Conversations/Topics
Using the Channels links on the left side of the screen will allow you to filter the conversations based on the channel or category that you have assigned it. For more information about Channels see here {link to channels docs}
Items in the mailbox can be set as Resolved and Archived and can be filtered by using the toggles on the right side of the filter bar
Note:
Archived Conversations and Topics do not show up by default you will need to enable the toggle to see them in the Mailbox
